HOW TO USE

Home & Office - Diffusing

Add 8-12 drops of Bergamot to a diffuser.

Bergamot essential oil acts as a natural perfume and a non-toxic air freshener that creates a relaxing atmosphere and deodorizes unpleasant scents.

When diffused, its carminative properties offer relief to the digestive system.

It is known to be beneficial for creating a feeling of being refreshed and renewed, for uplifting negative moods to prevent depression, and for relieving lethargy, nervousness, and insomnia.

Topical Use

Topical applications of an oil should always dilute with dedaun+co. carrier oil due to possible skin irritations occurring due to the high concentration of the oil.

Once diluted, you can apply it simply as an oil or even further mix it with your favorite lotions, gels, or sprays depending on the effect you are needing.

Cautions: Bergamot Essential Oil has phototoxic properties and exposure to the sun must be avoided after application to the skin. Due to the presence of bergaptene in this oil, please consult a physician prior to using it.
