Shipping Policy
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to Semenanjung Malaysia and Sabah/Sarawak and will consider opening our order to Singapore and Brunei as well!
How long are your shipping times?
Across Semenanjung Malaysia your order will arrive in approximately 2-7 working days. For Sabah & and Sarawak, it may take 7-15 working days.
How long are your processing times?
We work as quickly as possible to get your package shipped out to you! However, with a high volume of orders, we do take about 1-3 working days to pack up and ship out your order.
How much is shipping?
For the first five (5) items to the same mailing address, the shipping cost is RM8.00 for Semenanjung, RM15.00 for Sabah & Sarawak.
What is your courier provider?
We use Pos Laju and Gdex.
Will my order receive free shipping?
For all orders within Semenanjung Malaysia that are over RM150.00, we will ship free.
How do you pack our order?
We aim to minimize environmental impacts via environmentally conscious practices.
We use cardboard boxes which are 100% recyclable and biodegradable. However, for fragile items, we use recycled bubble wrap for cushioning purposes.
Return & Refund Policy
At dedaun+co., we take great care in ensuring that all products are quality-checked and securely packed before dispatch.
NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS FOR CHANGE OF MIND
All completed orders are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for:

Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity

Hygiene, quality, or safety-related concerns
Due to the nature of our products, returns for the above reasons are strictly not accepted.
INCORRECT, INCOMPLETE, OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If you receive an incorrect, incomplete, or damaged order, please contact us within 10 days from the delivery date by emailing dedaunco.my@gmail.com

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Returns are only accepted if:

The request is made within 10 days of delivery

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition

The item is not a sale item or gift card
All return and refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
RETURN APPROVAL & PROCESS
If your return request is approved, we will provide clear instructions on how and where to send the item.
Please do not send items back without prior approval.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
